Day 27

we always get something for Sabrina at every show we take her to. This is what she got from the circus. I thought she was too cute so I had to take some shots this morning. I kinda like this one. She bends in ways you cannot believe. But let me tell you, it was not easy getting her to stand on her own. lol

Day 26

I took my camera to the circus tonight and I must say I was not happy. We didn’t get the usual performance where you can’t decide which ring to be watching because they are all so good. We got a little one ring circus. But the cost of our tickets was as if it was a 3 ring. We got to see one elephant (pictured above), two dogs catching frisbee’s, some jump ropers, two clowns (yes I said two, and no they did not get out of a tiny car either), and a couple horses. Yes they had a small trapese show and the tight rope. Boy was I dissappointed. This was our oldest first circus and even she fell asleep half way through the show. Had I known this is what it would be, we probably would have skipped it. We look forward to taking our kiddos to these types of events and watching their faces glow. This year, we watched yawns. All she could ask on the way home was where is the tiger? Where was the zebra? We had researched some on the internet so she knew what to expect. And of course I failed at that. Oh well.

Day 25

Let it snow! Ohhow I miss the snow. But only for a day. Being born and raised a Yankee, i’m used to it. But after being a southerner for 6 years, you begin to miss those things when you don’t see them in so long. It snows here once in a great while. And the whole city shuts down for a dusting. Yes it’s crazy. I know, but it’s true. Bread and Milk is sold out. Batteries and candles are stocked up. If your a northerner used to the snow, we all know all we need is a case of beer and you stick it in the snow to keep cold.

So now it is about 4 hours or so after I have taken these photos and what do you know? Everything is melting. They don’t realize that here. Still gotta stock up on bread, milk, batteries, and candles. lol I have to live with this way of living now that I have transformed into a southern belle put nicely. Redneck put frankly. lol

Day 24

The moon! I was coming home from work about 5:30pm and the sky was a real pretty light blue and the moon looked so beautiful Wel heck if I know how to capture the moon and the sky the same. lol. This is what I got.
